How it stays honest.
01 · Every minute
Checked every minute.
Vantic’s monitor looks at each site every minute. When it confirms a problem, an alert goes to Vantic.
02 · As you sign in
A fresh check as you arrive.
The page opens on the last result, then checks again on the spot. If that check can’t finish, it says so and shows when the last good check was.
03 · Gaps
No data, not a guess.
When monitoring can’t see your network, the page says No data rather than guessing what happened.
What we won’t do.
Three lines Vantic Care holds, whatever your network is doing.
Show a status without its time.
Every status carries the time it was last checked. If a check can’t finish, the page says Could not verify, never Operational.
Count a gap as uptime.
Time we couldn’t see your network is left out of the uptime figures, not added to them.
Put your network’s details on show.
Addresses, device names, network names and firmware stay off the portal, even for your own staff.
